More About the Mama Mondays ~ Can’t Live Without It {Them}!

The first thing I do when I land on an awesome new blog is click on the “About Me” tab so I can learn more about the cool person who’s sharing all that creativity. Since I love getting to know my bloggy friends, I thought I would begin a new series of posts to share more about me!

More About the Mama Mondays ~ Can't Live Without It {Them}! by 3 Little Greenwoods {3littlegreenwoods}

Let’s start with a list of 5 Things I Can’t Live Without!

1. My Funny Honey

In case you may not know, Honey is my sweet husband. He is also the smartest and funniest man I know.

We have always found humor in our silly little children’s reactions to things. There’s nothing better than scheming together ways to surprise them.

One of my favorites was last year when we gave the boys cold mashed potatoes for breakfast on April Fool’s Day. Little Boy burst into tears immediately and you should have seen the look of disgust on Big Boy’s face!

2.  Grape Flavored Crystal Light

It is a rare day when you will catch me without a tall Tervis Tumbler filled to the brim with Grape Crystal Light. I *love* that stuff!

Blame it on my last pregnancy. Tootsie was born in the middle of August. I have never been so hot in my entire life. Grape Crystal Light and ice cold watermelon were the only two things that made those last two months of sweltering heat bearable.

Looks like someone else loves juicy watermelon too!

3.  Fantastic Accessories

Finishing off an outfit with a chunky, brightly colored necklace or bracelet makes me so happy! The bigger and flashier the better!

Scarves are a favorite too.  I am in love with the chevron, cable knit scarf craze!

4. Homemade Lip Gloss

Sticky lip gloss is not my favorite. But Homemade Lip Gloss is something I truly can’t live without!

This is one of those Pinterest ideas that actually worked. Simply mix together a small amount of Vaseline with your favorite color of lipstick. This is a great use for that tube of lipstick with only a smidge of color left at the bottom.

5. My 3 Little Greenwoods

Yes, this blog is named after my children.  Big Boy is full of determination and will one day rule the world {or so he thinks}.

Little Boy has the sweetest heart and is always thinking about others. For months he would make his little sister’s breakfast before we got up on Saturday morning.

Then there’s Tootsie. She is my shadow who follows me around the house questioning where we are going today, demanding more milk {not fresh milk but chocolate, please}, and belting out Frozen songs at the top of her voice. She puts a smile on my face with her sassy personality.

I’m fairly new to your blog, so I enjoyed reading about you and your beautiful family.
I LOVE Crystal Light Peach Tea, so I know what you mean about your love for Grape flavor ;0) And THANKFULLY all my pregnancies were through the Winter months. I don’t know how you survived your 8th and 9th month in the Summer. UGH!! Our little ones are ALWAYS worth it though!
Your kids are beautiful :0) Thanks so much for sharing!
    Have a wonderful week,
    Suzanne

Yes, our little people are always worth it but that August delivery almost did me in! Thanks goodness Tootsie was the last one. And Peach Tea is my second runner up for the Tervis Tumbler! 😉

Thanks for leaving me some blog-love, Suzanne!

My babies are growing up! It’s a little bit sad but having them become more independent sure is nice. Especially at bath time! Thanks so much for leaving me some bloggy love!
