Vignettes are all “the thing ” on DIY decorating blogs. Basically that’s a fancy word for creating a small scene with objects to tell a story. It encourages you to be thoughtful in your choosing and placement. Unfortunately for the past nine years most of our table tops have been barren of anything that might resemble a vignette. No picture frames, precious collectibles, or flowers.
You know when you get married and your stuff becomes his stuff and his becomes yours? Well, Honey came with lots of stuff. Some good – bedroom furniture for the big boy. Some not so good – tons of hunting gadgets, gizmos, and clothes. One really good piece he brought is this coffee table. Of course, it didn’t used to look like this. I’m pretty sure Honey
