Shh.
It’s Saturday night and the children are finally asleep {or at least in their beds}.
Honey and I are getting ready to spice up our Saturday night.
No, not like that!
It’s stay at home date night and we are celebrating with movies and Sweet and Spicy Rosemary Cashew Popcorn Snack Mix. This totally addictive popcorn snack mix will have you wishing every night was movie night with your Honey!
Sweet and Spicy Rosemary Cashew Popcorn Snack Mix: Ingredients
Two Packages of Popped Popcorn
33 oz container of Whole Cashews
6 Tablespoons of Melted Butter
4 Tablespoons of Chopped Fresh Rosemary
4 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cayenne Pepper
Sweet and Spicy Rosemary Cashew Popcorn Snack Mix
1. Warm the cashews in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
2. Melt butter in the microwave. Add rosemary and spices to a large bowl then stir in melted butter.
3. Add warm cashews to butter/spices mixture. Combine thoroughly.
4. Carefully stir in two bags of popped popcorn. The sweet and spicy rosemary mixture will leave a delicious coating on the cashews and popcorn.
I am completely not kidding when I say this is the best popcorn snack mix you will ever make. The brown sugar is just sweet enough and the cayenne pepper kicks the flavor up a notch.
A big bowl of Sweet and Spicy Rosemary Cashew Popcorn Snack Mix makes a stay at home date night even better.
Maybe next time Honey will agree to ditch the superheroes and watch chick flick instead. Hey… a girl can dream, can’t she?
Do yourself a favor and make Sweet and Spicy Rosemary Cashew Popcorn Snack Mix to spice up your next stay at home date night.

I’ve never had a savory popcorn mix before, but this sounds amazing. It almost sounds like a meal! We have a box of popcorn in the cupboard, but I’d need to get some cashews! I can already imagine how good it’s going to taste!
It is an awesome popcorn snack mix, Mimi! You will love it!
This sounds beyond delicious, whether watching movies or not. It’s healthy and unusual but oh my goodness my mouth is watering

Oh yummy! I love snacking on popcorn at night. I see a lot of recipes to make it sweet by adding candy and such to it. I like chocolate as much as the next person, but just couldn’t bring myself to put chocolate in my popcorn. This though, this looks amazing and I love cashews!
