We all know to buy chocolates for our husbands and kiddos. But Valentine’s Day can also be a great time to show our best girlfriends how much we care.
There is nothing more fun than gather a group of ladies together for a Ladies Night Valentine’s Party with your favorite people. Doesn’t sipping on girlie cocktails and munching on everyone’s latest Pinterest recipes sound divine?
Prince Froggy’s Valentine Tree sets the color scheme with red and pink. I love those pompoms!
The table is set with all of the pink plates, crystal stemware, and milk glass dishes I could find.
Sure. Paper would have been more convenient. But going the extra step to set the table with your best dishes and glassware will make everyone feel special.
Time with friends is precious. Celebrate these moments in style with your best.
Everyone loves appetizers! Spicy Rosemary Cashews and Blue Cheese Balls are just a few of the items on menu for the night.
Lucky for me, all the other ladies are bringing a dish to share. Most head to their Pinterest pages to decide what new recipe to try. It is always so much fun to see what goodies we get to munch on!
Black Forest Trifle with layers of brownies, fudge sauce, cool whip, and cherries will satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. Yum! {Click here} for the recipe.
Don’t worry. We won’t be totally about ourselves. 😉
Each party guest will create Valentine Party Poppers for our children. Heather from At the Picket Fence posted a tutorial for 5 Minute Valentine’s Day Poppers. They look super cute and easy to make!
The supplies we need to make the poppers are already on the table. Just waiting for our crafty mama hands!
Supplies Needed:
- empty toilet or paper towel rolls
- fun treats for the inside (candy, erasers, heart confetti, stickers)
- crinkly basket filler
- wrapping paper
- scissors and tape
- curly ribbon
You should have seen Honey’s eye roll at the artful displayed toilet paper rolls. Poor man!
Our children are going to love receiving the poppers filled with goodies!
I hope this post will inspire you to gather a group of your friends for a fun Girls Night In! Whether it is cooking a great dinner, munching on appetizers, or crafting something fun, make the time to have a blast with your friends.
