With two boys in our house we are super excited about the new movie MARVEL’S The Avengers: Age of Ultron!
We love The Avengers so much we hosted a MARVEL’S The Avengers Movie Marathon Party complete with easy Avengers party ideas. Let me show you how to take the stress out of party planning with simple party decor, yummy Superheroes treats, and fun games!

Easy Avengers Party Ideas: Simple Decor
Our local Walmart is always my go to place for party supply shopping. I love how everything is clearly labeled and easy to find. It was fun shopping for specially labeled MARVEL Avengers: Age of Ultron Movie products.
My children loved all the Avengers characters on each of the products we purchased for the party. They couldn’t wait to open up the soda box to see which superhero was featured on the cans. Their mission now is to collect all 7!
Walmart had a great variety of fabulous Avengers partyware that was perfect for our Avengers Movie Marathon party. Plates, napkins, cups, tablecloths, banners, and masks; it was all there in one spot. Click here to see Walmart’s entire MARVEL Avengers’ party supply collection.
Once I got home it was a snap to set up the party table with all the goodies I picked up.
The plastic tablecloth was a bit too long for the table. So instead of unfolding the tablecloth it was left in one long piece. This made a great table runner on top of a navy tablecloth.
The huge MARVEL’S The Avengers scene setter posters were a quick and easy way to add an awesome background behind the table.
Easy Avengers Party: Yummy Treats
Next the table was filled with all sorts of yummy kid friendly treats like Cheez-It baked snack crackers, Dr Pepper Cherry, Doritos and Kellogg’s Fruit Snacks.
Everyone wanted to try the fruit flavored snacks. I think the children were hoping they were filled with special super hero powers!
All the children loved munching on Doritos and Cheez-its straight from the party cups.
The little hands couldn’t resist Thor’s Hammers either. It’s amazing how much cooler cheese cubes and pretzels are when you call them hammers!
But the hit of the food table were these Iron Man Birthday Treats! One of the mamas had to stand guard over the table to make sure each child only got one. For the next party I will definitely make two dozen of these yummy snacks!
Click here to see the simple Iron Man Birthday Treats tutorial.
Setting up a self serve drink table to totally the way to go for a large party. There was Hulk Juice for the little ones and sodas for the mamas.
Love the fun food tags on the table? Click here to purchase The Avenger’s Food Tents from The Raw Paper’s Etsy shop.
After everyone had their fill of snacks it was time for fun!
Easy Avengers Party Ideas: Fun and Games
Providing the children with pre-made masks is an awesome Avengers party idea. Add some Hulk hands and the party is on! Even little girls love to be superheroes!
For a fun party game create a Spiderman Web Slinger Game using black paper, crayons, and silly string. The children had the best time aiming for the flies in the spider’s net. Go here to get all the details about this Easy Avengers Party Game!
Inside the children could choose to take part in the MARVEL Avengers: Age of Ultron Movie Marathon. After all the outside play time several of the kids enjoyed watching The Avengers.
Our family can’t wait to see the new MARVEL Avengers: Age of Ultron movie. Until then we are catching up on the other movies in the series such as Iron Man 1, 2, & 3; Captain America 1 & 2, Thor 1 & 2, The Incredible Hulk, and The Avengers.
The kitchen table was turned into a building station for the children to spend time building the latest MARVEL Super Heroes Lego Sets. Click here to see Walmart’s entire MARVEL Avengers’ toy collection.
All the little party goers had a blast at our MARVELS Avengers party! They loved spending the afternoon movie watching, pretending to be superheroes, playing games, and munchies on snacks.
I hope you been inspired by our Easy Avengers Party Ideas. Use these simple tips for a stress free party that kids and mamas will enjoy!
Before you go I would love to know which MARVELS Avengers character is your favorite? We’ve got a tie between Captain America and Iron Man at our house!
