July Projects & Recipes Re-cap {Plus a fancy new look}

Happy August everyone!

First off, take a look around the blog. Notice anything different?

Yep, there’s a whole new look going on!

Genesis Framework for WordPress plus an awesome design from Pretty Darn Cute Designs, add in lots of patience and a few bad words and Viola!

Fabulousness! Okay. Maybe not complete fabulousness but I’m working on it. 😉

Speaking of fabulousness join me as I re-cap all the DIY home decor, craft projects, and yummy recipes from July.

July 2014 Recap by 3 Little Greenwoods

Everyone says the kitchen is the heart of the home. If that’s true then our dark and dreary kitchen was headed to cardiac arrest!

Thankfully our kitchen has received lots of attention this summer with a new Updated Hutch, a Navy Kitchen Chandy, and Fabulous No-Sew Kitchen Curtains.

Since the laid back Coastal design is all the rage, I shared my secrets for a Coastal Inspired Gallery Wall ~ On a Budget.

Itching to be creative?

Break out the paint brush to create a Star Spangled Door Decor or create a piece of handmade Abstract Circle Art.

Oh! Don’t forget my tutorial on how to Fancy Up a MakeUp Bag into a Fun Clutch!

Summer is the perfect time to try Grilled Fish Tacos with Zesty Fish Taco Sauce. It’s a light and healthy dinner you can grill outside so the kitchen stays cool!

I’ve always wanted to create fabulous dishes that take me back to my grandmother’s kitchens. So this month kicked off my journey into real Southern Cooking with Fried Green Tomatoes and Zucchini Crab Cakes. Come and see which recipes we love and which ones made my children run crying from the dinner table. 😉

      Thanks, Sweet Friend! Yes, I did it on my own but it was a teeny bit tricky. 😉
