Thrift Store Throwdown: What Would You Make?

Welcome to the Thrift Store Throwdown! It’s a fun challenge where I join forces with 15 other amazing DIY bloggers to exchange thrift store scores and transform them into something awesome.

Thrift Store Throwdown Blog Hop Button

Oh the thrift store. How I love to pop in to see what treasures I can find!

I’ve been avoiding my favorite place because I’ve got a disaster of a craft room filled to the brim with pieces yet to be touched.

But this time I’m thrift store shopping with a purpose! My goal was to find several pieces to send to my friend Deborah of Salvage Sister and Mister. The items needed to have a great potential but costs under $15.

Today I’ll show you my Thrift Store Throwdown shopping trip goodies and what I received in my box. In a couple of weeks, I’ll share what I created with the thrift shop goods I received.  Be sure to check out the links below to see what the other bloggers received. Their before and afters are sure to be amazing!

First, let me show you what thrift store finds I discovered on my shopping trip for Deborah of Salvage Sister and Mister. She’s the coordinator of this fun blog hop so I really wanted to send her something awesome.

Come see what I found!

Now let’s turn the focus to the ladies that sent me my Thrift Store Throwdown goodies.

One More Time Events is made up of Tammy and Brittany. They are a mother-daughter team that are very passionate for do-it-yourself home decor, DIY projects, easy recipes, gardening and all things creative!

Next, let’s take a peek at what goodies Tammy and Brittany send to me. Please ignore my awful frozen face. I really am excited about what she gave to me!

So now the question is: What would you make with these thrift store scores? Would you take the advice from my awesome Facebook friends and do what they suggested?

Click on the links below to see what the other bloggers received in the thrift store throwdown and then join us all again on July 25th for a reveal of our transformations!

I loved watching your videos. I actually watched the first one from FB when you first posted it. Anyway, you’ve got quite a challenge with those bread tubes. I remember when they were a Pampered Chef item and I wonder if anyone ever actually used them. I can’t imagine going to the effort to make bread in a shape.

I’m way to lazy to be baking bread in special shaped tins! But I’ve got a great idea for what to make with them. So happy you caught my video too!
