I have a confession ~ I’m already thinking about holiday decorating.
And I might be listening to Christmas music already.
Stop rolling your eyes! I’m just getting ready for a super fun and thrifty blog hop!
This December I will join 11 other fabulous DIY bloggers for the Holiday Thrift Store Swap!
The Thrift Store Swap is a collection of bloggers that have committed to buying 2 random holiday themed thrift store items under $10. Then we send our thrifty treasures to different blogger and receive from another one. The swap turns into one big happy circle!

and of course
I’m shopping for Tracy at Home with Sweet T! Her favorite thing to do is be creative! Trash to treasure is what she is all about and loves to repurpose items that aren’t needed or wanted anymore.
Below are just a few of Tracy’s amazing projects:

Last week I confessed my love for thrift store shopping so you know I have already been looking to see what I could find. Here’s just a few pictures of what I have already picked up!
These four prancing reindeer would make a fabulous decoration for a holiday mantel or as a centerpiece for the dining room table. Jazz them up with new paint or even glitter!
Candle lights and Christmas ornament place card holders would be fun on a holiday table too!
Oh! Check out these huge bells I found! There’s all sorts of projects I can think to do with these.
The ladies from DIY Just Cuz are shopping for me and I can’t wait to see what they send me. Here’s a few of their fabulous projects:
Woodburning Tribute Plaque // Thrift Store Makeover Dresser
I’m secretly hoping it’s items to make a holiday tablescape with! Or a wreath! You know this Southern girl loves wreaths!
Now the question is… am I really going to be able to part with all the thrifty goodness I have found?
What would you keep and how would you use it in your holiday decor? I would love to know!
