Moving to a new city and searching for the perfect home can be quite overwhelming. Several years ago when we were moving to our current home I had this long list of wants and needs with boxes to be checked.
A real laundry room. Bedrooms for each of the children. A big backyard.
The list went on and on.
But as soon as I saw this wrap around porch with the fabulous flower boxes I knew this house was the one for us!
The previous owners gifted us with these trough planters and I have loved filling them with colorful plants each season.

This is the planter we have on our front porch. It’s strong construction is heavy enough to hold loads of soil and plants. In a couple of years we will need to replace all three and we will choose this style again.
